HOW TO ORDER
Our primary butcher day happens in September each year. If you want a whole or half lamb, please let us know to put you on the list. At that point, you can expect us to contact you just prior to butcher day asking you to contact Del Fox meats with your cutting instructions. Our family favorite:
Slow cook a pound of lamb stew meat with a tablespoon of fresh chopped garlic, plenty of water to submerge meat, salt and pepper.
Add a chopped sweet onion, a bundle of washed fresh spinach, and a package of cooked cheese tortellini. Serve with warm garlic bread.
